I think outside USA, we have to search. There may be regional Non-proffits, offices working on disability, even lot of educational institutions have those. Internet search also helps. Reaching out to HR offices of companies might also help. Basically, it's a big searching work until you find your thing.

Some of the online or work from home jobs that blind people can do very easyly would be: Call center thing for sure with good internet, Data entry on excel or google sheets, content writing, public relations, Social media marketing, copy writing, Software accessibility testing, research and gathering data etc. Some of these will require some appropriate academic background or prier experience.

Coding and all, if you know that stuff, then that is also possible.
