Why is my NVDA suddenly saying Left Paren and Right Paren? (self.Blind)

Hey guys, I was looking through the settings to see if there was some way that I coudl make things a little lesss annoying, for example having less information per tab/navigation, and I fear I might have enabled something to make it worse? When flicking through tabs, and even in some NVDA menus, like in settings, NVDA will randomly say Left Paren and Right Paren while saying w hat the setting is. Any idea why this might be happening?

Do not use it myself but that sounds like you turned on or changed something with how it reads symbols and punctuation.

Yes, that was exactly what it was I actually figured out if you hold the NVDA key and push P it changes the amount of symbols you hear

Makes sense, I have something similar with Talkback, though have almost all stuff like that turned off, speeds up things so much.
