Accessibility dedicated California colleges you have attended? (self.Blind)
submitted by Nighthawk321
Basically what the title says. Going to be transfering to a college in California, but I've had so many issues with previous colleges that I was wondering if anyone here had a good experience with a particular college. Going for a BS in Information Systems if that helps. Thanks!

CSUN is probably the most known as being the most accessible.

I was going to comment much sooner but was delayed. But here I am.

If you’re looking for any type of institutions. Even community colleges the one down here long beach city is quite accessible. There’s a number of us here who are actually totally blind. I would say collectively among the many schools I’ve been to it’s one of the better ones.

The adaptive tech specialist there is really really good and dedicated. He’s easily one of the hardest working guys, maybe even ever.

If you want to let me know. A lot of the blind students has to go through him and sometimes he asks me to help so yeah.
