Likewise, chrome with windows and NVDA, in card view. Each heading becomes a post, down arrow then reads the post, depending on the length, perhaps just a preview, and if I'm interested, I shift enter to then open in a new tab, at which point I can comment or read comments. Vote buttons also show up properly in card view without having to open the post in a new tab. Chrome also gives push notifications if set up right.
Also to skip to subs, one can put r/subname (subname refers to the sub, blind for example) after
$1 in the address bar. I'd definitely recommend taking the time to analyse the reddit structure and learn it via the browser. It will probably be the best investment in the long run.
