How do you guys maximize programs with NVDA? (self.Blind)
submitted by ChipsAhoiMcCoy
There are normally three buttons at the top of each window, that being close, maximize, and minimize. How do you perform these actions with NVDA? I know in normal Windows you can simply hit the windows key and down or up arrow to maximize a nd minimize, but I have no clue how to do this with nvda. THoughts?

Thanks!

Alt space and do it from the menu.

I'm interested to know why you'd consider it wouldn't have worked? Why should NVDA stop it if you see what I mean?

NVDA or no, windows +up and down works just the same way. You could also use the alt+space shortcut. There is no way to do it specifically with NVDA, because Windows handles it well enough.
