I'm just curious how it would be for us folks compared to those who see? Any major differences.

I really thought about doing this for over a year but not being able to drive and show houses seemed really tough along with trying to navigate new home layouts with a cane.

Would be an interesting idea. I think showing the visual appeal of the house would be hard, also. Assessing the visual stuff would be harder. Not impossible but harder.
