How do you create a chat room and invite people on reddit? (self.Blind)

I am using distopia and can’t do this. I am wondering if it’s doable on the site. Basically I want two specific people and in another case 3 to be able to connect so we can discuss stuff. I’ve seen people on reddit create a chat that contains quite a number of people.

This doesn’t answer your question but you could try Discord. It’s quite accessible.

Not sure myself and I use the official app.
Edit: Found the option, you find the chat option menu and under chat settings there should be one labeled "create a group", again on the official app so cannot be sure this is a thing on third party ones.

I am on the pc and am wondering if there is a pc app that is accessible that supports the chat feature and all the other reddit features. i am using reddit for blind it appears not too

Yeah not sure myself, the chat function seems to be missing from a lot if not most third party apps.

/r/blind does not support chat because of accessibility issues. We suggest using our discord. If you don't have the app you can use the online version which is accessible.

Ah, this was for a different sub. Individual chats are accessible but not sure about group chats. I’ve been in one when someone created it, but I can’t seem to create it myself. And it isn’t for r/blind.

Yeah, but does all chats have to be connected to a sub necessarily or can they be separate?
