How do you quickly stop VoiceOver from speaking on Apple TV? (self.Blind)

I’m looking for the equivalent of using a 2-finger tap on iOS or pressing the VO key on macOS to quickly stop Siri from speaking. It kills me when a movie or TV show has started and I miss the first 10 to 20 seconds. Because you might hear the show name, season number, episode number, episode name, episode synopsis, etc. That doesn’t even include the actual UI items. Thanks!

What model of the Apple TV do you have? On the 4K, you can actually use the two finger single tap on were touchpad.
