How to read messages in mIrc (self.Blind)

Hi, how can i read messages in chat in mIrc client?

Edit1: win key > type %appdata% > open mirc > logs. But for sure there is a better way? right?

Open up the option screen with alt and O, from the navigation tree select sound and expand, from their select speech and enable.

I think i got this enabled, tho it's not really a solution, i need to read chat that i missed. Is this the only way?

Other than opening the log files and refreshing them each time someone spits out a line, you could also scroll up within the channel window and then back down by holding the control key and pressing page up and page down. This will scroll line by line however it does require a bit of buffer in order to scroll the screen

I used to use mirc with speech but that has not been updated in a dog's age. things used to be accessible with mirc. I miss those days. I loved irc. I miss it. but I used mws with jaws. i heard there was some sort of nvda add on but no telling if it works with the new nvda. so yeah. I want better support where things read again. I may contact fs to see if they can't do something about it.
