Photo apps and Partial Blindness (self.Blind)

Some time ago I made a post in the community talking about my wife, who has partial blindness and was looking for a cosmetic operation for her problem with strabismus in her blind eye.
Well, she underwent the surgery and the result was good, but she feels that the eye is small in size, and that was a risk warned by the doctor who performed the surgery.
She has always been quite distressed about photos, hates taking selfies or appearing in group photos, so I ask for a quick help: Do you know any instagram apps or filters that help improve the aesthetics of the affected eye? in the case give a symmetry with the "good eye"?

I have the same issue. My left eye is small. I also feel self conscious about it. I use photoshop on the desktop to correct mines. There is a photoshop fix app on iPhone that does this specific thing. It has an option to enlarge and widen the eyes.

when I could see I used perfect 365, this app allows you to enlarge your eyes, correct the eyebrow, nose, lips, cheeks and even change the tone of the eyes I liked it a lot

Not a tech solution, but your wife might be able to have an ocularist make a scleral shell to fill out the smaller eye?
