Check etsy.com. I saw one on there for around$140. Mechanical, analog, vintage nib ,17 jewels nickel chrome. They have a search bar. I would cut and paste if I could figure it our on a phone.

The only wind-up pocket watches I'm finding are antiques on eBay. As of Thursday 30 June 2022, here's an item described as an AFB gold electroplated watch selling for $260:

Here's a listing for another AFB watch for $245, although this one looks to be stainless steel. (I'm sighted, by the way, so I'm looking at the seller's images.)

Even if an eBay listing describes a watch as running, I'd suggest being prepared to take the watch to a good watch repair shop that deals with antique watches and high-end automatics and wind-ups.

I’ve heard of the Bradley watch, you might wanna look into it.

I don’t think it’s battery operated, and I don’t think it’s a wind up watch, but it uses magnets to tell the time.
