Anyway to control these on iOS Garageband with voiceover? (self.Blind)

I use Garageband on my iPhone. I wanted to copy a track to other empty track but I cant do it with voiceover.
If I record something on the new track then paste on it works.
and If I turned off voiceover then tap the empty space, it seems working as well.
but I want to paste it directly with using voiceover if its possible.
Also I want to insert notes or write notes directly like what you can without voiceover.
when you tap the screen, you put green bars thing but it seems like I cant do it with voiceover.
I can edit notes that I already input by touching the instruments or midi controller though.
does anyone know the way to control these or app to edit notes from scratch on iOS?

For your first question have you tried setting up a copy and paste through voiceover. On mine I have mine set to copy when I two finger triple tap and paste when I two finger quadruple tap.

How do you change gestures because when I try to scroll up and down when VoiceOver is on tries to paste things instead
