Look at the nfb.org website. They have info on careers for the visually impaired.

Depends what your job is, read about things related to that? Also the best teacher is the company you work for. Sometimes things vary between jobs. Go out and just get some experience.

I never even considered books, but then I don't read nonfiction outside of work: I deal with enough technical stuff during the workday.
