Instagram stories with voice-over (self.Blind)

Hi all,
I have noticed some huge improvements in the accessibility of instagram stories with Apple voice-over. However, I keep having issues when adding text/stickers to my story.
Very often, instagram puts the text/sticker in a random spot. Do you know how you can adjust this when voice-over is on? And do you have any tricks for how to verify if your text isn't in a random/strange spot (like in the middel of your photo)?
