Edit: actually, it’s the cost of living grant instead of weather related stuff. You might have qualified for a hand out, I don’t know what else to call it, from the government. I just got 330 something pounds. It’s because of the weather.

Interesting, I got mine and will be getting another payment next month. I wonder what the difference is, do you have a job and get over £2000 a month, that might be it but I'm not sure as I've not looked into it.
