I don't know of any blind-specific dating apps, though I'm certain they must exist. I just don't think there would be a very large userbase on an app like that, and most people would probably be pretty spread out geographically. I've used most of the main ones like Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, OkCupid, etc, even Facebook Dating, and my experience is that while they're not generally what I would call accessible, they're usable if you're willing to invest a little time in figuring them out. The only major problem is uploading photos, and I have sighted people available to help me with that. If you don't, I'm not sure what the workaround is, maybe using Aira or a similar service?
Facebook Dating has been pretty accessible for me without much of a learning curve, and Hinge is reasonably accessible as well, so those are good places to start. But I've had the best results with Tinder and OkCupid, personally, and they both require some experimenting and patience to make them work with Voiceover.
