Braille sense U2 help ASAP! (self.Blind)

Hello I am trying to get rid of my braille sense and I need to know how to factory reset it as well as get rid of all of my data on it. I need to take it to the post office today so somebody could respond soon that would be greatly appreciated!

Probably too late but...
1) hit space-enter-backspace-q. Should say reset to defaults. 2) Hold down space-l, and hit the reset key. Let go reset, continue holding space-l. After the startup chime, it should say formatting flashdisk.

Can you get to the user manual? There's one online as well as on the device. That should say how to reset it.
