I really miss being able to drive and riding my bike.

I used to be a photographer.

I miss taking photos and playing in Adobe Photoshop.

Playing World of Warcraft, as it was by far the game that I spent the most amount of time in. I even wrote a screen-reader add-on for it once when Blizzard added the text-to-speech API to the add-on sandbox hoping that it would somehow revive the experience, but at some point I realized that I couldn't do it alone blind so I gave up. My add-on made almost the entire game's user interface accessible save for some corner cases, but adding information that could help me find my way in the game world proved to be an impossible challenge to overcome blind, and unfortunately I have nobody to play with so my effort was worthless.

I miss playing video games with text

I used to train martial arts back in high school, it was good exercise and helped me deal with a lot of the anger and bitterness I was dealing with at the time.

Sight-reading music. Reading print without scannign stuff in. Mountain biking and trail running.

Photography, playing on the Wii or my Nintendo DS, painting and drawing and learning animation, playing Minecraft, the Sims, and watching Youtubers play video games that I was too scared to play on my own… I can still listen but it’s not the same. I also miss laying down And just watching the clouds roll by.
