Apple Watch app that will read your heart rate out to you while doing a work out at a specified interval? (self.Blind)

I have been wanting this for a very long time and still cannot find a good accessible app that will let me set this up, does anyone know of one?

Why not set the heart rate up as one of the watch face options and then all you have to do is tap on it and voice over will tell you.

Thank you very much for the suggestion. I appreciate it, I guess I hadn’t thought of it hadn’t used Apple Watch in a long time and back. Then the complication was supposed to work this way, but didn’t update that often.
