Barber usually shaves my beard but I’m looking for a low cost one I heard the circular rotary ones are good are decent but idk any experience or advice?

Not blind but bedridden, I shave in my bed, so. I use a Braun shaver and my fingers to feel if there's any hair left on my skin. I also place my index along the middle of my ear as a stop. I very seldom use a hand mirror to check, touching is sufficient.
