The statistical error that neuroscience researchers get wrong at least half the time. (badscience.net)

The error they get wrong 99% of the time (where applicable)? Not using Bayesian inference. To be brutally frank though, there is almost no emphasis on maths (let alone stats) on my (technically Physiology but basically) Neuroscience course. I'm treated as weird for a) revising for maths/physics questions (even in fields such as electrophysiology which boils down to it) and for b) attending stats classes. Most people on my course (which is ranked very highly) probably couldn't even tell you what a T test was, and I would think its the same for most medical sciences undergrads (at least) nationwide
