Any scientific evidence as to which form (if any) of neurofeedback has proven effective for the treatment of lifelong (not just a single incident) PTSD? (self.neuroscience)

I have been doing a lot of research on the benefits of neurofeedback for the treatment of complex PTSD. I have found several articles/sites that state it is. However, I see there there are several forms of neurofeedback (i.e.: watching/maneuvering an object on a screen or listening to music through headphones, etc) Any scientific evidence as to which form of neurfeedback is more beneficial (if at all), or is it case by case?
