I feel like there are a few words missing from this title...

Ghm... "No data were found for fracture healing or fracture outcomes. **It remains unclear** whether EX (exercises) has an additive impact to PT (pharmacological therapy) in people with osteoporosis. High-quality, adequately powered, targetted RCTs are required."

it seems that adding exercise to bone-building medication can make your bones even stronger, especially if you have osteoporosis!

I would imagine low impact exercise like swimming and yoga would be better than something like running. Any kind of fall or trip can break bones in someone with Osteoporosis so that can make exercise scary and dangerous, and hard impact can wear at the joints.

With bone building, it’s the weight bearing that promotes the bones to become stronger. So some type of resistance training is usually what’s recommended. Walking is an excellent low impact exercise for older patients that can tolerate it.
