Just *please* don't get to the window & say "Oh, can I also get a ________?", because we have kinda strict guidelines as far as our 'out the window' times.

Most beverages are fine, but pour overs take several minutes (for people who want decaf or something we don't have brewed) and really fuck with our drive thru times. So do people who want to come in and start asking retail questions and just sit at the window trying to chat us up after getting their order. It's torture because you can't tell them to go away. (Also, i know you said beverages but ordering more than two unique heated food items takes a while too since most stores don't have more than two ovens.)

Just please try to get your money out or have your app up. When we have a long line during a rush, and then people pull up not ready, it's annoying. I usually have their entire order ready, and have to wait an extra 30 seconds, which is a long time with a packed store and drive thru.
