Hey guys, just wondering. I currently work at a licensed starbucks right now and I'm applying for corporate starbucks. Do I have to go through the whole training as everybody else even though I'm experienced already? (I dont mind) also, I never got to mention salary during interview, do they negotiate if you're already experienced? Thanks

You will need to go through training again. Although you are trained there are a lot more rules and regulations corporate stores require. -2 year shift

I went from krobucks to a corporate store... they did make me do all the stupid online training but mercifully they only had me do a quick, one-day on-the-floor rundown.
