I'm fairly new to starbucks. Been in food/ restaurant industry for years and I learn very easily but I am just not quite getting the hold times and the rotation of day dots on the food items. Does anyone have a cheat sheet or a quick method to get a handle on this. I dont like feeling useless and stupid.

No problem! I'm sure there's a better one somewhere but I couldn't find anything specific on the hub. I've been a partner for 6 years so I just memorized everything but it's good to have something posted in your store for reference, especially when you're still new.

We have a sheet that has how long stuff is good for laminated and posted a couple of places in our store. I guess I thought that was standard but maybe not.
