My boss and coworkers are super chill and easy to work with, made my first frappuccino today and it was good! Excited to learn more!

I just started my third day too! Shift Supervisor. My second day I learned the espresso machine. Today was an 8 hour shift and I learned A LOT! I feel like a sponge who's so full of water that I'm leaking. Lol. Couldn't absorb anymore after the 8 hours haha.

My only disappointment is that the job is so curated. Everything EVERYTHING is spelled out for you so the chances of making a mistake are slim to none.

I just came from a job with a lot of freedom and the ability to express your individuality within the company.

I feel very mechanical working at Starbucks and extremely disposable. What's something special I can actually offer Starbucks? If there's anyone who can put some input into what I'm saying, please do. Other than that, this job is great.

I learned the espresso machine yesterday, pretty easy! Tomorrow I'll be on the teas and refreshers which I'm told is super simple
