In my store we have a particular Shift who constantly is battling with us over the way the store does things.
We as a store, or partner find something could be done better, come up with a more practical solution, and partner with the SM to get approval.
Then this Shift will come around and change things back, bark at us for changing it in the first place, when we advise the SM approved it, she rebuts with something about how she's a 10 year partner and that's not how it should be done.
Her shifts are also very miserable for everyone as she is constantly degrading and belittling, so no one is in a good mood.
Anyone have any similar experience, and advice on how to make things better?
(PS, the store manager has been told point blank that he's being overidden when he's not in the store.)
