Any word on the elusive raises? (self.starbucksbaristas)

In August or sept we where all notified that instead of October we would be given raises in January. It's January and one of the baristas approached our store manager and was told OH NO THOSE ARENT SCHEDULED TO BE GIVEN OUT UNTIL AFTER I HAVE 1 ON 1 CONVOS WITH EACH PARTNER.... I WILL DO THOSE IN MARCH ! what the heck.... has anyone heard anything? Minimum wage also went up and we are all wondering if we will see a correlating raise.

I'm in California where the min wage was just increased...we have a store meeting in a few hours, will update.
