Does anyone know where to find QASA standards in writing? I’d like to know what kind of a note I need to have so that I can have access to a drink/water during my shift without fuss. I have plenty of medic reasons why they should, just need to know how my doctor has to word it.

You can find the whole qasa audit in the partner hub. You could also talk to your manager about it. Maybe she/he can help u figure it out.

Here in the UK you can have a drink at any time you just need to ensure that it's stored in your back area in a dedicated staff drink tray :)

Which is great, same here.
But being able to go to the back and necessary is the key ingredient.

I doubt SBUX will budge on the situation. Due to the fact they class drinking anywhere else as a health and hygiene risk not as a customer standard one.

Yeah they're not gonna let you keep it on the floor, but communicate with your shifts and managers about the issue and they will make sure you are covered whenever you need to go take a drink
