I think you get a bonus every time you train a new partner, but I'm not a trainer, so don't quote me.

As a barista trainer (in Illinois at least) you get a bonus every time a person you've trained makes it to 90 days, it's also regarded as a stepping stone towards becoming a shift manager.

I'm a trainer as well and you get $65 for every person you train. However, after taxes it amounts to an additional $50 on your check. Hope this helps!

Iowa/Illinois trainer here. The hours are scheduled as training but the rate for those doesn't change. However, I get an immediate $65 for every person I train the day after they finish training. It gets added to the current pay period and added to that paycheck.

i’m a barista trainer and i’m pretty sure it’s a 65 dollar bonus for each partner you train (you have to finish their training) and you receive it at the beginning of the new quarter. (that’s how it is in wisconsin but it could be different!)

Depends , bad GMs will won't give proper training and have multiple pll train the newbies . Good ones will develop them with the best trainer and have check ups to see what needs improvement and what doesn't .
