shots:

tall: 1
grande:2
venti: 2
(cold drinks are same but add one shot for venti iced drinks; 3 shots venti iced)

americano (shots and water):
(add a shot to each size; same for hot and iced)
tall: 2
grande: 3
venti: 4

pumps of syrup:
tall: 3
grande: 4
venti: 5
(venti iced gets 6 pumps)

cold beverages have guide lines as you make them, (ex: teas, refreshers, frappuccino)

-frappuccino’s by standard with whole milk
-iced coffee by default is sweetened with classic syrup
-teas sweetened by default with liquid cane sugar

two drinks that can be confusing and are worth remembering:

-flat white is ristretto shots and steamed whole milk.. (shots of ristretto # in flat white: tall 2, grande 3, venti 3.)
-latte machiatto is whole milk and same shots of espresso as americanos... (tall 2, grande 3, venti 4) order goes: milk, ice, shots.


these are the basics you can’t go too wrong if you remember the pumps and shots numbers!
