i have no idea but this would be great to know seeing that i close every shift
im new but i know the basics like lock up, turn the ovens off, disassemble the display, sweep and mop the floor and back room(sometime we also vacuum the carpet), do dishes(still dk what dishes, does literally everything have to be washed?), throw out(/take home and eat) expired food, restock syrups etc, make more whip and mocha
thats all i can remember there may be more
