What to Expext in Interview and Training? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’m being interviewed tomorrow, and I believe I’ve prepared myself as best I can. The manager seemed incredibly friendly and eager to set up an interview when I met her. Are there any questions that you were asked that are crucial? Are they easy questions? Situational questions?
If the interview does go well, and I get the job, what should I expect in training? How does it work, and how long does it last?

I think it depends on the manager, depending what they are focused on. I got asked how would I handle a situation if a customer wasn't happy? What are preferred hours, etc. Pretty basic. As for training you do a bunch on the computer then if your store has a barista trainer you will go with them to learn all the hands on things.
