PARTNERS OF STARBUCKS, WHAT SHOES DO YOU WEAR?!(self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by trlitt
Hey all! Ive been a partner for about three years now and I'm having terrible foot and back lately after my 8.5 shifts... (You know how it is 🤷)
I was wondering what shoes partners wear to avoid this??? Very open to suggestions! Any answer would help my search! Thank you!

I swear by Sketchers. I get the ones where I can just slip them on and go! https://www.skechers.com/direct/starbucks

I’ve been in the service industry for over a decade and shoes for crews have never done me wrong.

Work boots with gel insoles. Merrel or Timberlands typically

Have you tried seeing a chiropractor? Different shoes may not be the answer.

The best success I had were with Bush Nunn work shoes called “Kore” I was working 44hrs at my store that year and had to have 2 pair, letting each pair “rest” a day in between. Then I got a set in brown too. They were totall grandad shoes but they had great grip and helped my foot fatigue a lot. They only last about a year that way though.

Redwing work boots. I didn’t get them specifically for this, but they work great!

Sketchers work sneakers. They look like regular all black sneakers with laces but actually slip on and off. Also the memory foam is very comfy and can be removed and replaced if needed. Very slip resistant and the shoe material is water resistant.
