i had a similar experience when i was hired, i got the background check confirmation email thing sbout a week after my interview where my manager hired me on the spot. i was still super worried the next few days that i wouldnt get the job tho. it ended up all working out, and it sounds like your interview went about the same.
trying to find work can be very stressful, but i’d try not to worry about it too much. just give the bux a couple days and you’ll be there for training in no time.

It’s common with all hired baristas for the background check to take 5-7 days sometimes even 2 weeks. I’m sure you’re hired, they wouldn’t waste time running a background check if they didn’t want to hire you. Just call in 3 or 4 days letting them know that you’re very interested in the position. Best of luck!

I never got any emails from Starbucks actually and my manager called the same day after my interview to offer me a position based on my background check. I kept calling and 3 weeks later, I finally got scheduled for training and had my first coffee tasting thing :) keep calling! But don’t be too annoying lol
