I know the butter beer and the purple drink recipes and I still make people tell me the recipe, I don't want it to catch on that some of know certain secret menu recipes 😂

Good idea lol, we should start doing that. Most of our customers are tourists though, so I don’t think anyone will figure out. 😂

The red velvet is core I believe now. I still don’t like making any of the frapps that are below the creme ones on the screen.

I totally understand your pain, but just one thing, wasn’t the red velvet frap a menu item at one point? I agree that you shouldn’t be expected to know that, but at least it’s not a secret menu thing.

It’s still a menu item on the POS screen. Blended -> other -> bottom of the page

Red Velvet, Cotton Candy, Lemon Bar, Cupcake, and the Caramel Cocoa Cluster were all secret menu items until 3 years ago. Same with the Pink Drink, if they get popular enough Starbucks just adds em in.
