I appreciate you showing up for your shifts and doing what you do to support your fellow partners, more importantly I appreciate you for actually caring.

Y'know, it pretty much is a popularity contest.

Wanna know what I do? When I'm feeling unappreciated, I go & write a bunch of cards for \*every single Partner\*, and I hand-deliver them with additional, mushy sentiments.

If I don't get a card back within a reasonable amount of time, they're dead to me. Some people just aren't like that.

I've been working in the store for 3 weeks, and my name isn't even on the appreciation board yet. So....
