Definitely apply first before going in! I believe the online system allows you to send your application to multiple stores at one time. You also save your application and can send it to other stores later. Good luck!

I applied to every single one I was willing to work at and then I made a list of my stores in order from my favorite to least favorite and I called them all. After calling my favorite store like 3 times I finally got an interview!
