I transferred about 6 months ago and I hate my new store. It’s a hot mess every day and I loathe going there everyday. The people were nice enough but there is no age diversity at all. I’m the oldest one there by at least 10 years and I can’t relate to these kids at all. My manager is new in her role and she kinda sucks. I was developing my skills to become a manager but now I’m so turned off by the whole experience that I’m thinking of quitting.

Just keep your head up and keep trying to connect with your team. I also recommend bringing this up with your current manager. If that doesn't help, reach out to your old store and ask for advice. If all of that still doesn't help, call the PRC and ask for support there.
