Why is it that customers will literally be in the drive through line for 2-3 minutes or more, get up to the window and still not have their payment ready... I even tell them their total at the window, and nothing. I do know our app sucks and that's more of a reason to open it up earlier. Does this bother anyone else or am a crazy person?

I think it irritates me so much because we have management breathing down our necks about DT times.
I also hate when they have everything and they just sit there at the window organizing their lives.

Or when you try to hand out their stuff and they only grab the first thing then ignore you handing them the other stuff. Like hey *whistle* look here!
