I recently started a job at Starbucks. I have to make it to the 90-day mark to sign up for health insurance and transgender health care. Here's my question: Does any current or former Starbucks employees have a transition-related timeline? Any advice they can share? I've been getting the run-around from Cigna and Farm Bureau for the past year. Any advice that Sbux transgender employees could share would be greatly appreciated. I'm ready to simplify this process.
