A question about Cold brew (self.starbucksbaristas)

So, cold brew was made 2 days ago, the timer for the 20 hours is was supposed to be steeped should’ve went off yesterday around 11am. I came in for my shift today at 5 am and I guess my coworkers didn’t put it in pitchers and it steeped for an extra 18ish hours. Is it still good to serve? My manager isn’t up at 5am and I’m working alone lol.

Nope. I can drink just about any coffee (even instant, no problem) but the only coffee I've ever had that was truly undrinkable was cold brew that had steeped for too long. It tasted like coffee concentrate mixed with bile. I recommend you dump it out right now.

just put a day dot sticker on it next time, along with timer, so you can hear and see it!
