I’d go way over their heads. No ma’am holidays are family time for me I wouldn’t accept this at all.

We just have it set up to where only 4 people can request off at a time but only two supervisors at a time. It works out really well and it's a first sign, first off type thing. If your manager is doing it this way, they must not know how to schedule very well.

We’ve had certain times blocked off but like... only a couple weeks to a month, max, and during months like August. That’s fucking insane.

A lot of stores do this, it's because of an increase in request offs during the holidays. If you don't like it don't work in customer service during the holidays. Starbucks is far from the being the only company to so this.

Our store did this too. All of December until January 2nd.
