I have worked at 7 different stores in three states and Thanksgiving and Christmas have always been voluntary only. It’s time and a half, so I have yet to hear about a store being both slammed and lacking partners who like time and a half. 😂 Never hurts to ask your manager how holiday scheduling goes at your store. They won’t eat you.
