There is an entire section dedicated to trans healthcare as apart of a baristas benefits. Though, peoples opinions are relative and unpredictable. Go with whatever you're comfortable with, and be chill

I know I'm late to the party here, but I'm a trans guy who just started a few months ago and my coworkers have been AMAZING! I've finally just started to pass, but when I first started at the store they were all respectful and even would get a little irritated when customers called me "ma'am." Some of them would even correct customers (politely), which I thought was sweet because I never had the balls (lol).
Any kind of mistreatment is heresy and can get someone in deep shit. So, I say own it! My coworkers have been super helpful for me with their unconditional and nonchalant kind of support.

Idk if this is what your asking but we have two transgender individuals at my store and the baristas are all cool, sometimes though customers might misidentify you. One of my coworkers gets upset by it so he wears a button on his apron that says "he him sir" so that way others know his preferred pronoun. You might get tons of questions by your coworkers who are curious.

I have two trans coworkers who everybody looks at with love and compassion. Don’t worry. No ones opinion of you will change :)

Where I am they are fine with it. They actually love it. I asked the same question during the interview, she looked at me like I was crazy and told me any sort of violence towards trans people would not be tolerated.

I'm trans and everybody at my store treats me just fine

It depends store to store. Starbucks says they’re accepting but I’ve received treatment from both sides of the spectrum.
