Starbucks baristas that have stores w/ drive threw's : Don't you love when people just sit there for 3-5 minutes and don't know what they want... GOSH PEOPLE WE HAVE TIMES TO BEAT. 🙄 (self.starbucks)

Are there actually stores that pay attention to times that aren’t out the window times??? I’d rather someone sit at my speaker than at my window.

There isn't even a way to track speaker times (that we have access to). No one cares. It's actually a useful tactic to keep them at the speaker.

I know, I’m primary dto in my store. I was just confused by OP stating we had times to beat while complaining about someone sitting at the speaker.

I seriously enjoy the people that get to the speaker, car full of friends no idea what anyone of them want. They ask "what kind of Frappuccinos do you guys have" and after explaining, they spend another minute before deciding to order separately.
They then get to the window, and are jammin' out to their tunes as you try to talk with them, only to get annoyed looks as if you're bothering them.
When they do get their drinks, one of them realizes that their Frappuccino isn't hot, and you have to explain why that is so.
Sigh.

My favorite. And some cars will have 6+ separate orders. I'm like why don't you just all give money to one person or just come inside and order? Errrgh.

Dude. If I had a 1$ for every time someone came thru our drive and had no idea what they wanted I'd be a millionare. Seriously. Every order.
