Did you get trained on anything at all? Or no?

Ultimately your transfer status is up to your DM. Do NOT go out and find a store to transfer to on your own, as some DMs find this disrespectful - they're supposed to be your channel for these movements.

If you aren't trained at all, another store will need to see that they have the room and trainers available to train you, which may be difficult. If you have been trained, it should be a lot smoother.

Also, don't text your SM, it's not an approved method of communication and won't do you any favors. If you can't reach the SM, go in or call and ask anyone for the DMs phone #. If you can tell me your SMs full name I can likely find their DM for you.

So typically there is a probation period before you can transfer. I can't remember if it's 90 days or 6 months. I'm sure there can be some exceptions made. Honestly your best bet if you can't get ahold of your manager is to reach out to your DM to see what's going on.

I'd say go to another starbucks in your area and see if you can get the contact info for your DM.
