Yesterday, I had a customer order a "caramel fap-ah-chino with extra of the drizzle". She said it like that twice.
Anybody else heard any funny mispronunciations?

That’s too good😂 I’ve definitely heard a customer say “pikies palace” instead of pike place...

I hear pike's peak alllll the time.

“Grand-ee Kare-uh-mel Mah-cheeto” was a good one. (I still sometimes ironically refer to macchiatos as “mah-cheetos.” )
OH and this one wasn’t a mispronunciation necessarily, but one time a woman asked “what kinds of shots do you guys have??” Took me a second to realize she was asking about shots of flavored syrups, not about espresso shots.

Once there was a woman with a heavy accent who asked for a mocha cappuccino. I'm like "you want a cappuccino with mocha added?" She nods. I make a cappuccino. I add mocha. I hand it out. She's like, super confused and tells me she wanted it cold. Her husband, who spoke perfect English, says she was trying to ask for an iced mocha. "Like an iced mocha latte?" He tells me that's the one. I make an entire iced mocha latte when they decide to tell me they wanted a blended mocha milkshake. A fucking frappuccino. I know I should've figured it out but I was still pretty new and had never dealt with such stupidity before. The worst part was that they were watching me make the wrong drinks and didn't say ANYTHING.

This happens at my store way too often. It’s gotten to the point where if they ask for a mocha cappuccino or a caramel cappuccino I just ring them up for a frappuccino and it’s almost always exactly what they wanted
