Just a quick question. What does ordering grande (something drink) in a venti cup or tall (something drink) in a grande cup mean? Do you make the drink in a grande cup and fill it as a tall size or is it the other way around?

Grade in a Venti=16oz of liquid in a 20oz amount of space. Like 4 inches of room.

For a pike, I’ll leave extra extra room. For an espresso I make it using measurements for the drink size, not the cup size. Depending on the drink, ask if they want the whip to fill the rest of the cup because some people ask for it so they get extra extra whip.
